Judgement day..

..is upon us.

Ok, so its only a football match, but its not just *any* football match. It's Torquay vs Exeter, playoff semi-final. It doesnt get any bigger than this...well, for me anyway.

I'll be honest straight from the bat, this blog is only happening because I CANT SLEEP. Too excited, you see. Football does that to you.

So, can we do it? Do the Excretia over 2 legs, and book our 2nd outing to Wembley in the space of 8 days. The cynic in me is wanting to say no....but I think we can pull this off.

You see, Exeter have to attack. Admittedly, that doesnt suit us, our defending this season has generally left a lot to be desired. That's not to say we *cant* defend, but we're much more at home when we're attacking, and taking it to teams. It's been our philosophy from day one of Buckle's reign.

But lets cast our minds back to York away, in the FA Trophy Semi-Final 2nd leg. Leading 2-0 from the first leg, we went to the Kitkat Cresent and did a job. Yes, York did score, but we held firm and did the job. It's something we need to take heart from. We've dealt with high pressure matches already this season, it will stand us in good stead for tomorrow, which will be as intense as it gets.

So lets keep our heads, be professional, and finish the job.
